I have read some good articles lately on selling during a recession, keeping your eye on the future, and now is the time for change. In doing so, I came to the same conclusions, sales people want to drive success, for Themselves, and to be valued as a WINNER within the organization and their networking circle. In doing so, here are some tips for sales person to help drive sales success:
1. Set Goals - each sales person should be a goal-setter for themselves, striving and driving to success by pushing themselves.
2. Networking - attend functions, network with friends, share experiences to learn from others; take away what can help you and what is positive in helping you meet your goals
3. Learn - learn every day, no matter how big or small, learn something everyday about the product you're selling, the experiences of others, a new idea or concept, no matter what it is, learning is motivational and can help inspire that next sale.
