CustomerVision Hosting

CustomerVision can be a hosted (SaaS) solution or an on-premise hosted solution.  Work with the CustomerVision team to determine what's best to meet your needs and security requirements.

CustomerVision's Software as a Solution (SaaS) program means that you don't have to deal with installing, managing and maintaining your CustomerVision application's software or hardware requirements.  This allows you to focus critical resources on your application roll-out and information needs. CustomerVision's hosting program allows you to avoid the costs of additional hardware and software licenses and reduces the demands put on your internal IT group's time and resources.

CustomerVision's hosting team has years of experience managing the successful deployment of our applications and the knowledge and expertise of our experienced team are available to ensure the success of your implementation. Our hosting team allows you to immediately focus your energy on delivering successful business results built on our collaboration and knowledge sharing platform.

  • CustomerVision's SaaS solutions are 100 percent maintained by professional administrators - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Clients are protected against risks associated with system changes, catastrophic server failure and other controlled or uncontrolled events.
